Who is CrawfishNY?

Lizzie and Chris Bicknell, a husband and wife team, started CrawfishNY in 2004 to bring the boil to New York. Chris is a New Orleans native who has thrown crawfish boils for his friends and colleagues for years earning him the nickname Crawfish Chris. Word spread and Lizzie ended up at one of his famous boils and quickly fell in love with the boil, and Chris, and CrawfishNY was born.

What is CrawfishNY?

We are crawfish boil event planners. We throw fundraisers, company parties, and private parties. We will also do variations like lobster boils, shrimp boils and crab boils. A boil is a really fun and tasty alternative to a picnic, barbeque or clambake.

Where is CrawfishNY?

We live in Brooklyn but we bring the boil to you! We go to all of New York City, the Hamptons, Westchester and parts of Rockland, NJ, CT. We can help you find a place to throw a boil if you don't have your own outdoor space.
